Student Housing of America, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created in 1995 to serve the needs of college students. We are currently partnered with Southern University and Emet Capital Management and own Cadence SUBR, a 276-unit, 564-bed student housing project located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana adjacent to Southern University at Baton Rouge
SHA supports its mission through affordable student housing ownership and financial support from donations and sponsorships. Revenue from our properties and donations help fund our student support programs. Sponsorships help finance SHA HBCU and student events and activities.
