Student Housing of America, Inc. (SHA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created to serve the needs of college students. We are partnered with Emet Capital Management and own two student housing properties, Cadence SUBR, a 276-unit, 564-bed student housing complex located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana adjacent to Southern University at Baton Rouge, and The Scene at Sand Hill, a 54-unit, 216-bed complex located in Albany, Georgia, adjacent to Albany State University.

SHA is able to fulfill its mission through affordable student housing ownership and financial support from donations and sponsorships. Revenue from our properties and private donations help fund our student support programs. Sponsorships help finance events and activities for our students.
